Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing and former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna are set to take their ongoing feud into the boxing ring in a celebrity fight scheduled for October 1, 2026.

The highly anticipated bout will take place at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos State, according to the organisers, Balmoral.

Balmoral announced the face-off in an Instagram post on Friday, sharing a promotional poster for the event.

“Plot twist? Let’s see what the women can do. Phyna VS Nkechi,” the organisers wrote.

They added, “The rivalry is real. Now, let’s see who backs it up when the bell rings.”

The announcement came just hours after Nkechi Blessing and Phyna engaged in a heated exchange on social media, further fuelling speculation about their ongoing clash.

The upcoming celebrity boxing match will now see the two entertainers take their rivalry from social media to the ring.
